I had Gabriel as a sales person at St James and he was amazing. Super helpful and not pushy at all. However the tv stand I bought did not come with all the parts so I called customer service which was a hassle as they would not return my calls, or would say that they would call me back later but I never received a call back. It’s been 2 months since they tried to resolve my issue and still the parts have not been shipped to me. I just called today and told me the date has been pushed back to August. Really not impressed with the customer service. I understand that shipping times are really delayed but customer service should be more accommodating.

I always love going into the Brick in Morden. All of the staff are so friendly and courteous. Brenda was especially helpful. Very knowledgeable about products and help me to find exactly the right thing for me. So much appreciated!! I will be back!!
