I've been using these guys for 20 years. You will not find better customer service. If you're having trouble just use the chat function and they'll sort you out right away. These reviews do not reflect this company at all.

By far the worst rural provider I have used. The service deteriorated to the point where I had to add a second service to the house to be guarantee that I had internet access.I understand there are challenges and limitations with delivery of service to rural areas so be sure that when purchasing a system make sure you have some recourse to change providers in the event the service fails to meet your requirements.I could go on about reliability and usage limits however all companies have them. You can easily find better, more reliable service with higher data usage limits if you check around. And i suggest you do!

Very poor internet service. It crashes several times a day. We have replace our router several items and it does not change. They advertise high speed but tell you 500kbs is within their acceptable range. We are often as slow as 380kbs and rarely, but never faster than, 1500kbs. During peak times it is worse thank dial up. We have had their service people out to fix this several times over the years and they have never made any improvements. They claim to have a faster tower that has a waiting list to get on but no plans to add more. We tried the faster tower" it was worse so we changed back. FYI I believe they also go by the name Airsurfer."

They have hosted my website for over 20 years and I've always been very impressed with the quality people and service I've received. Guys like Ryan are always super helpful and understanding. Best!

I have used Tera-byte Dot Com for YEARS and YEARS...and have never had to complain about even one thing.. They're the 'real deal'... Professional to the core!!! and they care.help or explain. You can trust them, and their realubility

The speed is super slow. I tried to upgrade to Windows 10. After 60 hours It was 17% complete. Then,it shut down. Netflix is not an option anymore. We used to be able to watch it, at times, up until last fall. Now, downloading pictures is almost too painful. To top it off, the monthly limit is only 20 Gb. Since last fall, we are always over on our usage, almost double. My husband is gone 3 weeks of the month. I work 12 hour days. We don't have time and the speed is too slow, to be over our limit. Honking of checking into dial up. It's has to be faster and cheaper than this

I have been a loyal customer for years with this company as they were, at the time, the only rural internet provider. The service started out great, but as the years went on it got worse and worse.I have called a few times over the last couple months, and without hesitation they would come out and adjust" something and deem my internet working again. I worked for this company for more than 8 years. I was also a customer in that I was also getting my Internet via wireless. What some people don't understand is that wireless Internet is the best option for people that live in rural areas. With that, however, comes caveats especially when you live in trees. This company tries its hardest to get you the best Internet it can and if they cannot get you Internet they will uninstall the service as they do not want to sell you something you aren't getting. They will go above and beyond to get it working for you and in some cases costing them a lot of out-of-pocket cash. The owner is very caring for his customers but it's sometimes hard to appease everyone especially those that are looking to get the same Internet as you would in the city. You won't be able to do that as the technology is not there yet. I now live in rural Saskatchewan and am again on wireless Internet. I face the same issues as everyone else - slower internet compared to the city - interference caused by drastic climate changes - tree interference. I had to use Xplornet at first but was lucky enough to find a decent wireless company that served my area. You want to see bad service -just try Xplornet for a few days. Unreasonable caps, speeds and prices!Unfortunately due to the nature of radio signal I don't have Internet like I did in the city either and as with this company it has no control over how radio signals react to the environment. Believe me when I tell you that you are in caring hands with Tera-byte. Sure you might catch a support rep in a bad mood from time to time but please do remember that they receive hundreds of calls a day each as they do have thousands of clients to service and never-ending environmental issues as well as localized issues such as devices in the house interfering with the signal and customers that try to fix it on their own and end up breaking something or making the issue worse - so when a customer calls in angry and having issues with their service you might catch them off guard - they are, after all, only human. It's sometimes hard to maintain composure with some customers who call in. At the end of the day though - if Tera-byte can't get you service then chances are no one can unless of course there is a company that is closer to you (tower wise) but even then you will not find they are as caring of your needs.

Absolutely atrocious. Stuck with them as they are the only provider in the area, but if there was another choice I'd be gone. advertised speeds of 20Mb/s, absolute highest observed is 250KB/s, almost always sub 70KB/s. You will have to wait for your 144p you tube video's to load, don't even attempt Netflix. Packet loss is normal and outages are an everyday thing . Knowing that i'm paying stupid money for internet that is slower than a turtle in a freezer and not remotely reliable from constant outages and packet loss just makes me sick, While the support is there 24/7 they have never been helpful, mostly just condescend and said it's cloudy" or found someway to blame you. Don't give them your money."

Wonderful fast service plus if you have any problems the techs are there to assist you night or day.
