I spoke with Nash while shopping around for a BBQ, and he was tremendously helpful. They didn't have the model I was looking for, and while he did give me some options he also didn't give a hard sell -- quite the opposite, he suggested I order elsewhere and offered to do assembly and test burn at a very reasonable price. He also spent a long time explaining the process for getting a natural gas BBQ hooked up, and passed along the name of a gasfitter he knew. I'll definitely visit if I need any accessories, and especially if we do an upgrade down the line. Thanks!

If you're looking for a place with knowledgable staff and quality bbqs, this is the place to go. Compared to the many other places I've gone to look for bbqs, Nash really knows his stuff inside out and will find you the one you need.Nash truly goes above and beyond for his customers, he's gone out of his way to deliver my smoker. On top of that, there was a manufacture issue with one of the parts, in which the manufacture was very slow to respond due to staff shortages. Nash once again went out his way and got me the replacement part in one day and made sure that everything was working correctly. Highly recommend this place!

Great purchase experience from a family-owned store (remember those?). They put most of the new bbq together and finished things on the patio. Would definitely buy here again. Highly recommended!

I bought a BBQ back in 2016 and a firetable in 2019. I am moving and needed to convert these to propane. Nash and his team came to my house and did the conversions of bith units and left the spare parts. Excellent service!

After (9) years of constant use my fire table burner/insert had to be replaced. It wasn’t inexpensive to replace but it renewed my table for many more years of enjoyment. And Nash was very informative, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. His daughter Alia assisted Nash with the installation and she was equally a pleasure to deal with. They even solved an unforeseen issue while on site to ensure the original appearance of the table was maintained. I’d highly recommend their store if you want to deal with nice people with high integrity.

Have purchased 2 BBQs with these guys over the years and the customer service is exceptional. My recent Napoleon BBQ had a regulator issue and The BBQ Shop lent me a regulator while the warranty replacement was processed and shipped direct through Napoleon - so then I just gave him the warranty replacement regulator and was able to continue using the BBQ no problem. Nash and his family are fantastic.

My husband and I went into the store to purchase new burner tubes for our Weber. The store owners we so kind and very knowledgeable!A suggestion was made to us to go home and try before buying new parts and it worked like a charm!!!We were so grateful and would definitely purchase a BBQ from them in the future!!!Thank you so much!!!

I appreciate Nash's service, kindness and expertise. My bbq is older, and he was quickly able to switch over to the new parts I needed. I will definitely come back to the BBQ Shop when it's time to buy a new natural gas BBQ. I believe it's important to support local businesses and I highly recommend their shop!

I recently purchased a Green Mountain Grill from Nash. On my first cook with my grill I had a part failure. Not anybody's fault just one of those things that's bound to happen. What really impressed me was when I called to report the issue Nash was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get a replacement part for me next day. It's nice to deal with a place with a high level of integrity. I will buy from here again.
