Went for a small hamster cage with a simple design with no luck. I have a crafty hamster that will chew through plastic latches and escape. All small cages looked like an amusement park. I still like the store

Always friendly people in this store, always ready to help!!! I take my dog here for grooming and Tyler is absolutely wonderful!! He is so good with our dog :)

My wife took our 7 month old German shepherd to this location for bath, first off the lady was terrified right there she should have backed off, then she grabs a comb and aggressive starts combing my dog, he turns around and nips her in the hand, no blood or skin break. She them says my dog is banned from petsmart (my other dog was boarded there for 16 years ) . Fine there are other places, can you believe she reported us to the government, now they are coming over my house to see if my dog is allowed to stay alive because of some useless person that should not be working with dogs. Be careful if you use this location I heard of others that had the same problem.

They did our kitchen, two parts weren't perfect the first time, they fixed them no questions asked. We LOVED it so much we plan to copy it in our new house and will hire them again when we're ready.

I recently brought my 2 year old chi mix to this location for a groom and was really disappointed. While the staff on site were nice, the quality of work was disappointing. My dog has longer hair which is tricky to cut without it looking choppy, but it's been cut well in the past so I know it can be done. While the cut wasn't horrible, I had to fix it at home. Also, to be charged an additional $12 to use hypoallergenic shampoo is ludicrous. It should be available for dogs with allergies and sensitive skin. The bath and cut was not worth the $80+ that I paid.

We love taking our fur babies here for their regular grooming. Angela and team are the absolute best and our dogs love them! Angela was able to bring new life to our rescue toy poodle after looking so dishevelled from his stay at the kill shelter in Korea and his surgery once he arrived in Canada.We also appreciate how nice everyone is and seem to genuinely enjoy grooming our pets.

Went in for a simple plant for my aquarium & was helped by a lovely employee. I was having a pretty rough day, this small interaction made a big difference, felt good to laugh. Thank you Jodi!

Best Pet Smart in the city in my opinion. I will always make the trip to go to this one. The employees are really friendly and all the furry friends are great to see. The cats are so adorable it's hard not to adopt one.
