Costco Wholesale

They always seem to have everything I'm looking for and more. You go into the store looking for a few items and come out with a cart full! They make spending money easy!

Easy to get around had most of the stuff was looking for. Budweiser 0 is hard to find in any Costco right now. But service was friendly and fast. Gas is always cheaper then other places.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews but there are two staff at this location that need improvement…Ilona in customer service needs more coaching and Brennan needs to cool his jets, he’s far too hot headed for a public facing role. Anna in customer service is also terrible! Otherwise, the staff and store as a whole are great so my three star rating is a reflection of my interaction with the above individuals.

Kitchener Costco, Waterloo Costco, or Guelph Costco? A question that everyone in each city has asked at some point in their lives. Out of the three, I think Guelph takes the win. Conveniently located in the corner of the city, right near 4 major access roads, the Costco is clean, well lit, and usually not too busy. The entrance is a bit of a mess - yes. But that is offset by the gas station. I would say that all in all, this is a firm 4.5 stars - the only down side is the entrance, as it can be packed with cars.

As far as Costco goes this ones is pretty nice. Employees are nice, store is clean and well stocked and the parking is reasonable. Sometimes I can ninja my way in and out for a rotisserie chicken in under 10 minutes.

This is a very busy location, however, mostly polite customers and extremely professional staff. Lots of choice. Remember to be patient, especially at checkout. We don’t need to snap at each other and some of the products I can’t find anywhere else yet, like the Alani energy drinks.

You have every right to raise your prices, shrink the size of products and treat your customers like petty thieves. The very same customers who pay a membership to shop at your store. I, however, will exercise my right not to be treated like a thief and be subjected to the very rude treatment my wife and I experienced today. Customer service still means something to me. Clearly we differ in that opinion. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

This is the best Costco I've been to in my 1 hour driving area!Everyone is so helpful and polite. Very clean store!!

Very racist place to shop. The employees are very rude. The management don’t do anything. The food area is dirty especially when you find hair in their pre packaged food. I don’t buy the food there anymore. I found hair twice in their food. The restaurant is very dirty as well. They use cleaning products while cooking your food and I told the management team. I don’t think they care about the health of other people. Be very careful what you shop at Costco.Who ever is managing this store need better training.This Costco need some TLC.I guess they don’t care because they have too many customers. If they lose a few customers here and there it is okay.The management team don’t even smile very rude as well
