I am appalled how they treat their customers. What is the whole point of a policy if they do not accept an item that was purchased in the same corporation if you cannot return the item if the customer is unsatisfied with the product? Emailed the head office regarding the situation and they accepted and I can return the item through mail. Will never be coming back to this location due to poor customer service. I am happy to shop through website but will not be supporting their mall stores anymore.

Came in to exchange something with a broken zipper. Very happy with the friendly help I received, and of course Eddie Bauer products are always great.

Super Rude cashier. Was returning a coat that was ordered online after a major screw up on their end I returned the coat. It was just received but she looked over it like she was inspecting for a crime. She was very unfriendly. We won't shop at Eddie Bauer again, online or in store.

I enjoyed my shopping experience here. They have a good selection of clothing for both men and women. Prices are fair. Quality of the clothing is worth the price point. Found a really decent fall coat that is both light and thin..yet keeps me warm to a slightly below zero temp. Anyone going to look at clothing to buy should stop in.

Sales staff are friendly and very helpful. There were also very accommodating.

Overpriced for what it is. Sales are the best time to purchase from this store.

Adelaide helped me on the phone to find sun protection clothing for my partner before we came down to the store at Kingsway. I must say, she has given us the best customer service that we have received anywhere in a very long time. Adelaide is a valuable asset to this store, if she isnt already in management promote her! We arrived and we found something quickly ( sunshade) clothing. She then helped us submit an online clothing order, which only took 4 days to arrive. We are extremely happy with her not only the fabulous customer service but the professionalism & knowledge she presented herself with representing this store & company. Great job Adelaide, we will be back!

Super rude cashier! If you don't have the customer service experience or can't do the job right, should have just stay at home. Poor management for sure. I will never go to that store in Kingsway Mall.

I've always thought their stuff was pricey, and even during sales, on the upper limit of reasonable. I had one set of winter gloves that lasted a long time with hard use but I also have a set of their gloves that i got for their touch screen capability that never really worked so i just get annoyed wearing them and so rarely do. Now, i just got their canvas work pants but was unable to use a gift card i got from them a few days earlier; they were comfortable in the change room but we'll see how they hold up in the near future. Overall the good and bad even out to not terrible but nothing special.

They have quality staff and some of the quality staff are in sale! Excellent customer services.
