A legit Japanese dollar store! You can find all the things you would get at one in Japan. It's a nice treat to visit and get things you can't get anywhere else.

I love this store! We first discovered Oomomo at Otafest in Calgary, so we visited the Calgary location. We were thrilled to discover that they also had a store in Edmonton! So many neat things to browse. I especially love the stationary, but my daughter spends most of her time in the beauty products. I can’t believe that I’m saying this, but they also have the coolest cleaning products. Today’s special find was a device to fill the gap between the car seat and the console. No more dropped phones!

Love this store so much! It’s like a Japanese $3 store. I used to live in Japan, so this is so convenient for me to find all my favourite Japanese things. I find the items are way better quality than the dollar stores’, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. And they greet you in Japanese just like back in Japan!

Would put zero stars but can’t.. I just been followed when I was almost done my shopping.. it made me feel so low that they were following me and my girls. Prices are cheap af but not worth it when employees think were going to steal and following us. I genuinely liked the items but to be felt like I had to be watched was degrading. Will not shop here again. Discriminating workers.

I’ve been followed around non-stop every time I have come here for the past 2 months by one or two employees whether I go by myself or with a friend that’s black aswell. I like this place but I cannot shop or look around in peace without being followed and stared at its frustrating and so uncomfortable I’ve left each time being racially profiled there.

Weird, wonderful and wacky. The store is a Japanese dollar store. Many products are unique to the Japanese culture so in Edmonton we normally would not see most of the items in the store. this is the second location. Not to say that a lot of the stuff is recognizable because it is but everything is packaged in small sizes and some things like a stir stick is called Mini Muddler or you can get Stainless Steel Soap. It’s cool. The store is well lit and clean.August 13, 2021 still impressed with the unique items available here. The store is inside Londonderry Mall.
