I asked for Premium Synthetic Oil but received mid-grade non-synthetic instead. Kal offered to change the oil to synthetic but I did not think that was worthwhile and apologized sincerely for the mix up. Good service

Unethical behavior.2 years ago, this location damaged the drive train on my vehicle and I wrote a bad review. Quietly and just feet from the building entrance they offered me free used tires in return for taking that review down. This was a violation of ethics and shameful behavior on both our parts. I cannot in good conscience allow this unethical quid pro quo to be unmentioned and am ashamed in my role.Thanks to Tom for all his help in this dilemma.

The folks at Kal tire are very polite and accommodating while you wait. They were able to get me in for a tire change same day, prices are very fair and I will definitely be coming back to this location.
