Pole Sisters Fitness

I cannot possibly recommend Pole Sisters Fitness enough!Pole dancing has been a life changing sport and is the most fun I’ve ever had working out. Each class is a full-body workout and you will leave equally exhausted and energized.Sandra fosters an environment of positivity and inclusivity. You will find all bodies, all shapes, all sizes, and all ages in these classes. There is nothing more powerful than a room full of women supporting you, cheering you on, and celebrating your wins with as much enthusiasm as their own.If you’re even considering trying pole then this is your sign to do it. You will not regret it, and will probably end up as hooked as the rest of us!

I started going to Pole in December 2022 after hearing a coworker talk about it and how much she loved the class. I was looking for something that would give me a full body work out and didn't want to go to the gym and do the same old works outs day after day.I was very skeptical at first thinking I would not fit in. The day after my first class my whole body was sore! I was floored of how great of a work out it was.... I was hooked. I go for my once a week class and still wake up sore the next day. Every class we are trying new moves and perfecting our skills. It is great to feel how much stronger I am from when I first started.Sandra is so patient and genuinely cares about you. Its a very motivating, supportive group of ladies. I cannot recommend the classes enough. I think everyone that attends class wants to ensure that everyone feels supported and that we have left the class proud of what we just did.
