I went to pick up my first print job and the gentleman was busy with a customer. Fair enough, but I was not acknowledged. It was as though I was invisible. I was finally acknowledged and served, but no apology. He has competition 500 meters north, and that’s where I’m going from now on.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Everyone is extremely helpful and they have excellent customer service. I was even running late and Mike even waited for me in the parking lot to make sure I got my event media wall and the turn around time and quality of their products are exceptional! Their staff is very knowledgeable and they helped me find the best product for my budget. Great prices for quality materials! Definitely recommend!!

Quality is good, price is good, staff are great to work with. Melissa is a gem and she totally has my back. Today I had the guys Chris and Mike adjust a quote about 4 times which I know can be painful and they were great about it. Sincerely appreciate the team at Minute Man Press / Total Reproductions in Whitby. If you don't already you should start using them now.
