I have been buying more 2nd clothes because it's a lot cheaper, and better for the environment. This place is excellent for kids clothes. Always good quality, free of stains or holes, and great price. Can't recommend enough.

I went in to the store today to trade in my item's my daughter has grown out of and stock up for the bigger sizes of clothes and such.The staff was fantastic, super friendly and truly some of the best customer service I have received in years! The person who was working and rining my item's through was talking to their coworker and made sure I was included in the conversation.The customer service I received today reminded me there are good people still in the world.

Can’t recommend this store enough. The super friendly staff keep the store in immaculate condition (and not over stuffed with inventory) and the gear/clothes and prices are the best I’ve found in town. Definitely a five star location.

Staff were super friendly. The store is jam packed but well organized: clothes are sorted by gender, then size, type (eg. t shirts) and colour. Super easy to find what you’re looking for. Good selection of books and toys too. Excellent prices and all clothes are clean and in great shape.

The most amazing store for incredible clothing at a fraction of the price (and I’m picky!!!)! Highlight of my shopping in Victoria (I’m from Toronto). Stocked up on the best brands and fabrics for probably 10% of what I’d pay brand new. All in amazing quality. The owner, Jas, is such a friendly and kind person. Great experience and I just don’t know how I would buy brand new (and accept all the waste that comes with it) again. As a first time mom and pretty high end shopper (love quality and local vs quantity and cheap stuff), I was seriously impressed and will do 90% of my shopping at OUAC going forward!! Thanks again!!!!!

Once Upon A Child Victoria
I went shopping for my nieces b-day in the chaos of Christmas shopping. I was blessed by unknowingly going on a yellow sticker day meaning all yellow stickered items were 50% off. I came out almost confused, it was so easy and spent what I was hoping to and not what I would have been forced to with the unreal prices of today. Thank you guys
