CatRec Restoration of Marshall and Battle Creek

I have zero complaints with this company. Excellent and fun workers and seems like foreman are fun too...work gets done and is done very well......however I recommended Company to my cousin and justin no longer works there and wow...owner is overwhelmed and short tempered. Too bad because he's got an excellent crew and they take pride in their work. The crew really does make the name for the company. Needless to say my cousin is disappointed and will probably be going with another company

Our basement flooded with sewer water and our insurance company hired Cat Rec to do the work. I can't say anything negative. They are simply amazing. They were out here fast to demolition our finished basement and sanitize it. After the insurance approved the claim, they came back out to put it back together. They work fast. They are dependable and always here when they say they will be. Everyone that has came out has been nice and respectful. Although some reviews talked about the owner having a hot temper, we met the owner several times and he was more than kind and truly cared how the job was going. The work they have done has been superior and are basement looks better than it did before the flood. If you are debating about a couple companies, go with Cat Rec. You won't be disappointed.

Rick and his crew always respond quickly to our needs. They are honest, hard-working and get the job completed within a reasonable time frame. Honestly, they have saved us on three different occasions. They are now on speed-dial.

Cat Rec dried out our flooded basement and then installed new flooring and baseboards. They did a great job, the price was fair and they were great to work with. Would definitely recommend them

I had Cat Rec clean the carpets in our house. Jim was the technician and worked quickly and thoroughly. Our carpets looked and felt great after they dried. The price was very reasonable and they did an awesome job.

I contacted Catrec Restoration this morning at 11am and they agreed to come out today and do an estimate for us for repairs from 3-5pm. Then they called me at not even 2hrs later at 12:52pm later stated they have decided they now all of a sudden have too much on their plate to even ever come do an estimate for me. Why did they ever agree in the first place if that was a case. That’s horrible customer service to do that to a potential customer , to first schedule something and then at the last minute cancel and further say their not coming at all. I have also advised my insurance agent to not recommend them to any of their customers as well.
