We purchased equipment from Groove a few years ago. Due to a computer change we had an issue transitioning the equipment. The staff were amazing and helpful and walked me through how to fix the problem. This is even after years of the purchase ! Great work.

Our school ordered custom lanyards/badge reels along with id badge holders, and they turned out AMAZING! Staff at Groove were extremely helpful the whole way through our order (and we weren't an easy customer, we made them work for us, lol). The order arrived very quickly for a custom item, and the logos turned out better than we could have dreamed on the lanyard and badge reel, they look so crisp and clear. We would order from Groove again in a heartbeat!
