My Voictone H1 stopped working, and I tried to work with MusicTribe (whoever they are). When they finally responded, and I mean finally, they replaced my unit. Great, until my replacement unit arrived. By the condition of the box it was probably a returned unit, and surprise - it doesn't work. Now I cannot correspond with them by email anymore and when I went to their support page it required me to update my profile, including phone number. However, it will not allow me to input my phone number, so I cannot start a service ticket. I tried a phone number for TC-Helicon several times, and it always has a busy signal. They have pretty much stymied any kind of support. Worst ever!!!!

My Perform VE stopped working all of the sudden. I’m still waiting to get some information where to send it for repairs. Music tribe rep wasn’t helpful at all. I can’t update firmware if the device doesn’t power up smh.

lets see how super they are never heard back from anyone about my pedal not updating firmware keeps saying not connected paying that much money for something not to work is crazy hope its just a glitch we will see if anyone cal assist that would be great.

Some super rad people working here. Empowering really, and you could almost call them life changing.
