To Anyone reviewing this page. I had a very positive experience with PS until the end. I was told my this groups inspection manager (Patrick) over the phone about a situation regarding garbage removal on the property. He informed me that we would have to pay unless it was done by the city. I called him two days after and he let me know that the garbage had been removed by the city and the charge would be removed from our damage deposit statement. When we did receive the refund the charge was still showing as something that we were paying for. The lady dealing with this (Sandra) informed me that we were paying to have it removed as it hadn’t been done by the city.Sandra was very unconcerned but this, and ignored the email I sent her. This seemed to be as more than a miscommunication and quite unprofessional, as I was being told two opposing things by members of the same team. It was clear one of them was being untrue.

I have been a tenant with the Property Solutions group for the last 3 years, including Sandra, Kate, Nel, Janice, Jason and Ellen. I am very happy with the level of professionalism and speed in handling everything from my move in, minor maintenance issues tight to my move out.A special giant heartfelt thank you to Sandra who first met us and signed our first lease. We truly appreciate her and her kind and gentle demeanour. <3Thank you to you and everyone there at Property Solutions for all your great customer service and professionalism and all around kindness. You made transitioning to a smaller home at the onset of a very difficult and contentious divorce, all the more easier.

We just had the very best experience with Sandra as our realtor. She was so knowledgable and helpful with every aspect of purchasing a house. It took us a long time to find exactly what we were looking for and she was so incredibly patient and encouraging. RENTERS BE AWARE. Scam artists, had us put down $300 for the rental application. Home was in very poor condition and smelt like cat urine. Pressured my wife to sign a lease when I was out of town working. I told my wife we should decline their offer as the place did not suit our family. They told us that they will be keeping our money. Renters should seek out better property management companies to deal with. Seems like just trying to get people's money without any concern for the current financial situation in these trying times. Very disappointed with the true unprofessionalism..

We have been using Property Solutions for the past 8 years for real estate transactions and managing our rental properties. Both Kerry and Sandra are very professional in their approach and respond to any questions or concerns promptly. Kerry has been working from out of the country for the last little while but you would never realize that if you were not aware of it as she responds right away and is very well connected with what is happening in the office in Calgary. We have found both of them to be very friendly and knowledgeable, with excellent contacts in the real estate industry and for service repair work. We would recommend them to all our family and friends for any real estate work and would definitely use their services for any future real estate work.

Kate Glazer is incredibly dishonest and lacks integrity. I would not recommend doing any type of business with her. After meeting her at a home rental at 93 Bridlewood Street, we were told if we were to submit an application and the $300 fee if we rejected the lease our money would be returned to us. That was not the case. The home was completely filthy, the stove was so thick with grease and grim I don’t think it had ever been cleaned. The walls had fluids and dirt all over them, hair and trash was all over the house. The house smelt. I had to change my socks after walking through the home after 5 minutes. This lead us to believe it was not maintained. Property solutions clearly only cares about money and not the well being of your home. I hope the owner reads this and realizes they should use another company. Be warned!

Our rent had gone up a lot at our apartment so we decided it was time for a change. We didn't have much time to move but Olivia was able to find us a condo in a nice area of the city. She helped us withthe mortgage process and she is very caring towards her clients. It was an easy transition and I'm thankful she was there to help. Highly recommend.
