I've had a few pictures printed here and then framed and won't go anywhere else at this point! The service is always fantastic, the prices are reasonable and the work they do is always flawless. Plus if it's not flawless they never have a problem fixing the issue and going the extra mile.My partner just got their passport pics done here as well and I love that they use a system to double check the picture works for the passport office to make sure all specifications for photo quality are met.Highly recommend this spot.

I wanted to do something special for my father's birthday and went to Adina with my father's old gold medal. They took extremely good care of the heirloom and framed it in an understated but beautiful fashion. My dad was overjoyed and loved the way the framing highlighted one of his achievements. They also promptly helped me out when I needed passport photos with specific sizes and instructions.

Went to get an American green card photo taken from her and I clearly told her about the size and measurement required. But the photo came out the total opposite of the measurement required and she refused to re-do the photo again. Matter fact she told me that I’m stressing her and that I should leave her store immediately. 0/10 photography skill. She kept relying on photography software.

I came for passport photos.The good - there was a man and a young woman who work there, both were nice to me. The price for 2 photos was fair and reasonable.The bad -* I didn't get a chance to look at the photos to review them* When I came home, I realized there were pink spots around my nose, my cheeks, and my forehead. It looked CHEAP and I definitely wouldn't risk going to the passport service with such photos because they're likely to be rejected.* If that's not enough, the timestamp that the guy put on the other side of my photos was wrong, he put yesterday's date instead of today's.Total waste of my time and my money. This was completely unprofessional.I had to go to another studio and take another photos, but this time I could see the difference - the other studio took a few photos and let me choose which one's my favorite. Then the photos turned out to be in a much better quality and the timestamp was correct this time.

I brought in four large pieces that I inherited from my grandparents and feel very sentimental about. I wanted more contemporary frames but with a nod to the eclectic way my grandfather had them framed in the 1960s and 1970s. Adina was very helpful, provided thoughtful advice, and the pieces look terrific. Couldn't be happier!

Very disrespectful, they waste your time ! I waited 45 mins for a photo print, I took a frame I got it from dollar store !! I showed them the frame n still the size was wrong!! After 45 mins I said it's ok I don't want this!! The lady made me pay it saying we printed even though it didn't fit in the frame at all !! And the male staff at the store said mayb you get what you want at the dollar store !! Very disrespectful and clearly sounded judgemental as my frame was from dollar store.

Getting a five year old to post for a passport photo proved to be... challenging. Thankfully, both staff members were patient and understanding. Thanks again
