took our bikes to Michaels for a tuneup. OMG I feel as if I have a whole new bike! The job was amazing! Fresh everything, even the ball bearings, chain, brakes, .....beautiful job, the bike didn't feel this good even when it was new! I cannot say enough about what a great job they did with our bikes. HIGHLY recommend!

I came in to change out my clips, buy a new light and tune up my bike after storage. I cannot tell you how helpful Stuart and the staff was. They have a great webpage of common rides and a bike group that meets and rides. Definitely a must stop shop for any of your cycling needs. Thank you for your excellent service.

I bought a GT pro performer from Michael’s cycles in 2017. Recently I decided to get a giro/detangler added to my bike, I’m very satisfied with the work by Dusty and the help from Stuart.

In the process of converting my fatbike to a 1x drivetrain I found out I needed an external cup bottom bracket tool to install my new bottom bracket. I called just about every bike shop in the south metro and none had the tool for sale, and every shop quoted me $20+ just to tighten the bottom bracket that I already installed hand tight, except Michael’s Cycles. They offered to tighten it for free and answered a bunch of questions I had while I was there. I also brought my new crankset with and asked if they could check the fit with the new bottom bracket, and they went above and beyond and installed it for me. To show my gratitude I bought some Wolf Tooth Fat Paw grips from them that they recommended for my fatbike, which look and feel great.Even though there’s closer bike shops near me, I will definitely go out of my way in the future to shop at Michael’s Cycles. Their customer service can’t be beat.
