I recently bought a home from the late 70s and got multiple quotes to get it removed. Various competitors advised to skip the testing stage for Asbestos as they were 99% sure it would be positive and I should go straight ahead with this very expensive procedure.Thankfully, I spoke to David who explained that given the conditions of my house (year it was made, region, etc), testing would be beneficial and could potentially save me thousands of dollars. He answered all my questions, was incredibly transparent and accommodated my busy schedule.The technician who came to do the removal (for testing) was kind, on time and professional.Long story short, the results came very quickly and thankfully negative, allowing me to allocate that budget to other home renovations.I highly recommend their services for their professional opinion, seamless procedure and responsiveness.

After calling multiple companies to get a second air quality test for mold done on a property for sale, we decided to go with Axxonlab. Their customer service representatives on the phone were very helpful, and professional and they managed to get us an appointment quickly. The technician took the time to properly explain the test and the results came very quickly (within 24 hours). They even took the time to explain the results over the phone to the buyer of the property. Would highly recommend them for any mold testing.
