I can't say enough good things about Eric Maly. I had an issue with my sump pump and instead of charging me the visit and labor Eric stepped me through the repair over the phone, free of charge. This is the type of service and kindness is hard to come by. Eric was patient, pleasant and very personable. I won't hesitate to use Eric for my future plumbing needs. Eric the plumbing wiz was at my door within 10 minutes of my phone call. What we thought was an easy fix was far from it. Eric took the time to do the job right even fixing the last plumbers mess. I recently moved to the area and I knew the house I bought would need quite a few updates to the plumbing, as well as relocating of the laundry system and roughing in a new location for the main bathroom. I gathered myself a few quotes from a couple of local plumbers including Eric. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional and offered important suggestions nobody else thought to mention to me. I quickly secured a date to have him do the work. I am so happy I did. Eric was so easy to work with and it was clear he was excellent at his job. His price was very fair and he will be my go to plumber for all future needs.

Had a very troublesome kitchen sink which wasn't draining, took as much time as necessary to ensure all the blockage was cleared and tested it thoroughly so we wouldn't be backed up in 48 hours! Made some necessary repairs along the way as pipes were old, very thorough, professional, polite and clean. His pride in his work is very obvious I would use him everytime I had a water problem.

First time using Eric's Plumbing service. I highly recommend. He got back to me within the hour of leaving a message. He was able to do the work the same day which was a bonus. He knows what he's doing that's for sure. Unclogged one toilet. Installed flappers. Fixed our faucet in the kitchen. He went above and beyond in his service. I will certainly call upon again him for any and all plumbing needs. Thanks Eric.
