This is a must-do! The staff are friendly. We felt safe and very well looked after.The ride itself was amazing. The view is stunning. We loved every minute of it. The basket is separated into compartments that fit three people per compartment. Our compartment was only my partner and me. There was a lot of room to move around and take pictures.Once we landed, we were served non-alcoholic mimosas. We had a great morning. It was a fantastic experience; so happy we did this. Thank you!

On Thursday, June 1st my wife and I had our first air balloon experience. I had purchased the flight as a birthday present and we were to lift off last October, however weather conditions cancelled the first attempt. This spring we had rescheduled two different times due to unsatisfactory weather conditions and on our four attempt we were climbing into the clear blue sky. The sensation was well worth the wait. Our crew, Mark, Dennis and Damien were fantastic. Mark was an excellent pilot and shared his knowledge and experience with our group. I would strongly recommend the experience and be patient if you have cancellations; the experience is well worth the wait. We will definitely be making a second flight in the future.Thank you Sundance Balloons for giving us an unforgettable experience that we will remember for a lifetime!

What a wonderful sunrise experience with Philippe this week. He was amazing, nice humor, informative & is a very passionate pilot. The flight from take off to landing was pretty smooth. We were very well looked after. We took off from Waterloo rod & gun club, Kitchener. The whole staff here were of nice people. Definitely recommend it, be nice and patient everyone since they fly in low to no winds(safety first) And rebooking process online pretty simple. We were able to fly within the same week of our initial booking, since we kept rebooking day after another.We loved 'everything' about our ride!

I checked a balloon ride off my bucket list. This was such an awesome experience, from the pre-flight to the landing. I just loved it!A big shout out to our balloon pilot, Mitch! He was absolutely amazing! He navigated across the city so smoothly. Highly recommend ballooning!

What an incredible experience! I bought this experience for my wife on our wedding day. It took us a couple of attempts to book as Sundance takes passenger safety extremely seriously and will not fly if the conditions could be dangerous. However, it was WELL worth the patience.For those with some degree of mobility issues, don't let it deter you. I have a bad hip and was flying with a senior and we managed just fine.Our pilot (Mitch) and ground crew (Dan, Paul and Garry) were awesome. They were extremely professional but also a ton of fun. There was never a moment that I felt worried for my safety and the landing was a 10/10.The views of the city are incredible and I am certain that I could go again and have just as good a time as the route is totally wind dependent so no 2 rides are the same.If you're looking for that unique gift that is truly memorable, this is it!A special message to Mitch our pilot from Melbourne, Australia: You made memories today! I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer in Canada - you're an asset to Canada and we'd love to keep ya!
