Worst customer service in Leamington. Coming from someone who manages a place that's based on customer service. Completely ignored when I walk in. Little to no help. Both times I came no one knew how to load a gift card and I had to leave empty handed. Staff couldn't answer any of my questions about products.

Management is awful and items are overpriced! Sportcheck is much better; there the management doesn't talk into your ear the whole time, or bring out the wrong shoe sizes. The sales are far too pushy and their staff is not knowledgeable about sporting equipment. Overall the online experience is much better and I would recommend not going to this store.

I have sent to this location several times as this is the only store in Leamington that sells REAL name brand shoes such as: NIKE, ADIDAS, PUMA, ASICS & more... & In my opinion because this is the only trusted source in Leamington that has legitimate name brand shoes, the manager & some employee's are sometimes rude, short on patience & too pushy with sales.

When you call and ask if they offer a service then drive to the store to get that service done and the guy huffs about it and says he sucks at the service he claimed he could offer. When you hang up the phone after speaking with the guy, go somewhere else!!Lame!!Never going back.
