Everything was just perfect.I was quoted by phone, work started on time. They covered the entire field of work before the start and cleaned everything after. The final amount was exactly the same as in the quota.

Smart Charge Canada did a terrific job of installing aTesla charger at our home. They were able to put it behind the chimney next to our driveway so that it’s not even visible from the street! It wasn’t an easy job given the age of our house but they certainly made it LOOK easy!

Great service for Level 2 EV charger installation!Ellie's communication with me was always quick and responsive. Once I decided that I wanted to go with Smart Charge for the installation and gave the deposit, they were able to send an electrician out the next day. He was right on time and the Installation was quick (< 3 hrs) and clean. No hidden fees and final price (which was very fair) was exactly as quoted. Would recommend!

Ellie was off the charts awesome in quickly responding to all my questions. I shopped around and was comforted by the fact she was extremely knowledgeable, provided options but did so without the added sales pressure. The crew was courteous, and efficient. Installation went as planned and most importantly on budget. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to install a smart charger.

I had an EV charger installed in my detached garage, the team had to dig a trench to ensure the cable was underground and out of sight. The team was very professional, courteous and well-mannered. Despite rain throughout the day and messy nature of the job, the team ensured everything was left as clean as possible. ESA approval was also completed, thanks!

Ellie was superb in support and service - from getting a quote, planning the work, organizing the inspection and getting the work done. The contractors were on time, very professional and knew what they were doing. Never felt pushed at any time! Very clean work.Glad, it was Smart Charge who took care of installing the level 2 charger and the 240V outlet in my garage.

Called many companies for quotes and suggestions to install my Tesla Chargers, and no one had the knowledge and professionalism as smart charge. They came in on time and they had walked me through everything step by step to make sure I felt comfortable. They installed the charger within a few hours and had left my garage cleaner than it was. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!!!Thank you

Great team to work with. Was able to accommodate my installation date and work around other folks coming to the house. Plenty of communication with the office and the team working at my place. Installation was extremely clean, could barely tell wires were put in the wall for the EV charger!
