I have nothing bad I could say about the place. The people at the front desk were polite to me, and after coming in to get safety prescription glasses, I was told it would be roughly three weeks, but I got them way sooner. For those working at chrysler, be sure to get their updated address, and not follow the paperwork from FCA regarding their location

Outstanding service!!! My family and I went to see Dr. Chan off referral from a friend and it was the best decision we have made for our ophthalmic health. He is down to earth and enthusiastic about his profession and his demeanor with children is fantastic. He is clearly knowledgeable and relayed information to us at a level we could comprehend. I will recommend Dr. Chan to everyone I know over and over again. Thank you Dr. Chan and staff for the exceptional service!!!

Best Optometrist in the city! I’ve been seeing Dr Chan for well over 12 years and I only trust him to check my eyes (and his staff to help with my glasses selection - vision and sunglasses!) Not only is he knowledgeable and kind, his state of the art technology, wide variety of frames and amazing staff - ensure I am perfectly looked after and over the moon happy with my stylish, nerdy-yet-cool glasses and celebrity-inspired, prescription sunglasses. Kids and husband also see only him. And we are all beyond happy. (He’s funny, patient and very kind to the kids). Can’t say enough good things.

The best Optometrist I've ever had. Very attentive and knowledgeable. He takes the time educate you and makes sure you're comfortable during the entire process to get glasses. I brought the rest of my family for this reason and learned that he has the same care & respect for children. My kid always looks forward to seeing him. Even though we don't live in Windsor the weekend trip to see him is well worth it. He's supported by a great staff at FYI LaSalle. Thanks all for the wonderful service.

Dr. Chan is awesome! His clinic and practice can be described as a comfortable, friendly, and patient-centred place. The prices are very reasonable and him and his staff were very honest in telling me what looked good and what looked bad when trying on new glasses (Yes, they were very polite about it).Talking to other patients in the waiting room, they all had the same feelings towards the practice. They said they loved the professional and excellent expertise offered by Dr. Chan and his staff.I highly recommend you schedule your appointment as soon as possible and get all your vision problems taken care of by one of the best in the business!
