This service was quick and the tech was friendly, organized and efficient. While I was there she went out of her way to accomodate someone who had left it to the last minute to book a test. She did so without inconveniencing the people who had booked their test in the appropriate amount of time. I was very impressed with both her and the service.

Excellent experience. Super easy to navigate. Once you signed up and paid they sent you 2 reminders in the days prior by email and then a reminder the day of via text. No lines up or other people on the premises, technician was very professional and friendly. Had our results within 30 minutes and they followed up to make sure we received them. I would highly recommend this company going forward (and I was super skeptical). Great job!

The young dr present was very reassuring, efficient and professional. My wife and I were processed very quickly and the confirmation e- mails arrived within 15 minutes of the test taken. If we require any future tests, we definitely will come back.

The Cloverdale location is a drop in Medical Clinic that was quite busy when we got there. We chose to wait outside to avoid crowds. When we were called in the service was quick, friendly and fast and we were out in 5 minutes. Results came quickly in the 25-30 minutes we were told. Being from out of province and needing service for a cruise embarkation we were pleased with the service. Easy to book online and they were great with sending appointment reminders. Thanks!!!

Anna at the Cloverdale Location was great. The wait time was about one minute. The one-line results quickly came up negative for Judi and me, followed by the computer work and the paper copy. Terrific job. Will be back in October prior to another cruise.

This place was exactly what I needed to get the required test to return to the US. I made an appointment online and got my test done the next day. Laura, the nurse who did the test, is fantastic. She is friendly, personable and above all, efficient. Everything went very smoothly and I got the results in a very timely fashion. I’m glad to have found this place!

Easy to set-up online. It was a bit challenging finding the Sinclair Building but the signage was good once we arrived at the location. The technician was very engaged and knowledgeable, Our results were ready in ~ 20 minutes.

I have visited this clinic for a rapid Antigen test for travel twice now. My husband joined me the second time. It's easy & fast to book on-line, easy to find it's location on Lonsdale Ave. & the service is on time, fast & professional. Both times the test results were emailed to me within 20 - 30 minutes. I would certainly use their services again & I recommend them.

Cloverdale site all went very smooth and well handled. Good reminders after appointment made. Difficulty was in getting information on what test was approved for what when initially trying to book the right test. Poor start but great finish,

Staff were very friendly, on time, knowledgeable and patient. I don’t agree with the testing, but this company at least made the process painless. Really appreciated the virtual service, and not having to try and get appointments for 5 people over an hour away.
