Many reasons for this.

Well lets see. I was 10 min. early for my appointment,and sat there for an hour before I got in to see the doctor.After speaking with him for 2 min.,he goes to the office next door where a guy who just walked in with no appointment, didn't care who he saw, and was not freakin dying or anything, gets all the attention. After sitting in the office for 10 -15 min. while 2 doctors are taking care of this guy, I walked out and made sure they knew I was pissed. Thanks Doc.

Update at the bottom.Initially bad, got better. To start, the nurse/receptionist needs a raise.. or another employee.I have held off on writing a review while trying to work things out, but its hit the point of ridiculous, so, as follows:The building has major mould problems, which is not ideal for an allergy testing site.As aforementioned, it is understaffed, which I can only hope has been due to covid, and not a normal baseline for them.I showed up to the appointment assuming 24 hours clear of allergy medication because I wasn't told it should be a week clear of it.I didn't meet the doctor, only phone conversations, which again, is probably due to covid.My testing was interrupted numerous times by the phone because.. well, no additional staff.My insurance company requires drug identification numbers (DINs) to determine if the allergy serum injection is covered, and no-one seems to be able to find such numbers.I booked a follow up phone appointment a week later to speak with the doctor about obtaining the DIN's and he never called back for the appointment. A few months later, I made a new appointment and to their credit, I was called this time. I had explained to me what a DIN is (which I already knew.. I just needed the actual numbers), and was advised to call the office (where I originally called to make the appointment) in order to get the DINs.I received 5 DINs" for 40 plus allergens (first clue something was off)
