Louisa Ng was absolutely fabulous! She was so helpful and so great! If I could give her 10 stars I would! She answered all my questions and also has a great sense of humour. Made my experience so wonderful.

32 USD per person, same price for children. Food is ok but didn’t have high expectations in the first place. We have a 30 hours trip. Asked the staff if we can use the showers? She got a key and opened the door for us. After we did, the receptionist told us we need to pay 25 dollars per person including little kids. I asked if they can charge one person because even though that’s two kids but it’s one visit.So the receptionist talked to her supervisor and her supervisor told her no, she shouldn’t charge us because they didn’t disclose the cost beforehand.PS I visited 30+ countries used tons of lounge in various airports and have never been asked to pay for shower at lounge. Won’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Service:Staff is friendly and they deliver exceptional service.Food and Drinks:Food was buffet style, we were there from 8pm till closing (10pm). Limited options for food tho. Lots of drinks to choose from, if you are looking for a premium whiskeys or vodkas you will have to pay extra.They have coffee bar and drink station as wellComfort:Chairs were not as comfy as they are older, no recliner or lounge chairs at this location.Overall it was a great experience!

Decent lounge. Some drinks extra. Only the drinks on the menu are included. Pasta, mashed potatoes, veggies & soup available for vegetarians. Staff takes the initiative to be helpful.

Warm white wine. Adapter plugs that don't charge your devices. The tables don't even offer charging options. Scattered half empty glasses and discarded food packets everywhere. Elevator music that keeps playing the same tune over and over and over. Food options include 2 types of soup, lasagne, ravioli, cold pasta salad and veg. I fail to see the value in paying $62 for 2 hours.

Same old place. If not because Cathay lounge has closed, I probably won't go back to PP. What I observed, they don't have any improvement. (Last time I visited was like 5-6 years ago. Food is very cheap quality stuffs, and don't expect you got any service or respect as a customer.

the place has excellent air side views, comfortable seating, and cosy atmosphere. it even has showers but weren't available at moment. food was ok; lunch menu is much better after 11am. but it seems covid restrictions are still impacting offering, should better in a month or 2.

Staff is friendly and deliver exceptional service.Food was buffet style, we were there in the am so it was breakfast and limited drinks due to time but had drink station and coffee station. I didn't have high hopes for food. Food was warm and that's about it, nothing special.The negative, it was 10am on Monday and it was beyond packed, no empty seats anywhere. I haven't been here when it hasn't been jammed pack. I wouldn't pay to enter but if you can find a seat or work station it's a good place to sit and do some work while you wait for your flight, its a very small area as far as lounges go.....I would never pay though.
