I recently worked with Natalie on the sale of one home, and a purchase of a new home. Natalie's advice and professionalism made the process so easy. The team that she's built around her, ensured that our house looked fantastic and helped us exceed our hopes on the sale of our home, and then her patience as I searched for a new home was endless. In a seller's market, Natalie was well prepared to ensure I got the home I wanted, and didn't over-spend to succeed. She really took the time to get to know me and my needs and it showed in the homes we viewed together. Her knowledge as we assessed potential homes was a huge help in me making my choice, as she was easily able to help me envision the changes I would need to make, and the costs associated. Aside from her superior skills, she is also just a joy to be around. Always with a smile, and kind words, she truly made what could have been ridiculously stressful situation, easy and seamless.

Natalie really knows her stuff. Her advice is bang on, she know how to price a home and she knows how to get a great price! She sold my home for me, and gave the most amazing service. She arranged for staging, marketed the heck out of my house and worked around the clock to communicate with buyers’ agents. In the end, she got me more for my home than I could have imagined. I’m still pinching myself. I need to mention that she also sold my daughters’s house with equal dedication and amazing results. I highly recommend Natalie, as she assisted me with my first home purchase, which was out of province. No rush or pressure was placed upon me to proceed with earlier listings within the city of Toronto. In 2012 we downsized and sold our home in Port Perry. Natalie was our realtor and we were very impressed with her professionalism and thoroughness. She ensured that our home was properly staged for viewing and within a week our house was sold.
