Every time we go into order you stand inline way to long. Lots of employees working drive through but only one till working and making your drink or food. Its ridiculous

Went through the and person at the window was very rude. I will take the short drive to Listowel for my Timmy's fix, the staff there were way more friendly.

Went to Palmerston Tim Hortons this morning and d ordered a muffin for my son. They didn't have it so I went with a toasted bagel with butter and the bagel was soggy and the amount of butter on the bagel was so thick and I had to scrape it off. He couldn't eat it because it was so soggy and the butter taste was do strong. Very disappointed

Came through twice today, this morning, I was greeted politely and the lady who made my coffee actually made it correctly and it hit the spot! I was very impressed with the staff I saw on shift today who were friendly and seemed happy to help one another. My second time coming through, ordered some bbq loaded bowls and of course, as usual, the quality and presentation of the meal was amazing. You guys always make my experience a great one and it is so worth skipping the listowel Tim Horton’s locations and driving to this Palmerston location instead! So thank you, and a job well done to you all.

I went to the Palmerston Tim’s for the first time in a while and my experience was amazing. The lovely supervisor Sarah S greeted me with a bright smile. She quickly prepared my order. I will define coming back!

Called into this Timmys earlier today (New Years day) stood at the counter and waited to be served. One chap was mopping the floor and several staff seemed to be hiding. Not one of them made an effort to take our order. Eventually, after a few more people entered the store the young lady at the drive thru window called for help at store front" and we finally got our order taken by a very young supervisor who lacked even basic customer service skills. Glad I only pass through once in a while."

I ordered a cilantro lime bowl. I asked for slow cooked chicken and no tomatoes. To start when we entered, we weren't acknowledged and the staff were just huddled in a group talking. Anyway, when I got back to the car with my order I found that I got crispy chicken and tomatoes. The cashier assured me there were no tomatoes. Maybe the food handler missed that note.Luckily, the manager acknowledged the problem and had them remake the order. Excellent manager, not so great staff.

Great early morning crew! They are always fast and efficient, and they make me smile every morning!If the drive-thru is slow, it's because somebody head of you, ordered half the menu.

None of the staff were wearing hair nets. Food was subpar we think because, all the staff were teenagers. Nice to see the young people working though.

Ordered a medium French vanilla. I put it in cup holder with out opening it. Get home realize it feels a little light. Open it up to find it’s only 3/4 cup.
