I dropped off a very heavy indian outfit to get ironed/steamed for a special wedding. When I went to wear my outfit the day of, the pants were missing …. I called the store multiple times and no answer. Then when they finally opened and I told them my pants were missing, the owner of the shop said that they did have the pants but “nobody claimed them” and they were sent back to the warehouse … When I explained that it was their fault for not calling me to say they forgot to include the pants, the owner instead blamed me. Furthermore, she was not cooperative and told me if i wanted my pants i would have to go to the warehouse to pick it up myself …. 40 mins away. In the end, i had to wear different bottoms that did not go with my outfit and the event was ruined for me. After all that, nobody apologized …. I will not be going back to this place. Worst experience ever !

We've been going here since 2011. Fabulous customer service and never had any complaints. Highly recommended.

Zero star*** i am giving one star just because it would not let me post otherwise! I would not recommend their tailor services at all because its horrible and extremely unprofessional. The tailor can not even hem in a straight line.

Dont waste your time and money going to this place. They wsWashed my cloth and not even properly ironed and gave me back with stains. Worst dry cleaners ever experienced.

Gave us 2 shirts back with stains and then refused to admit they messed up or even fix it for us. Customer service was horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you care about your clothes and don’t want to end up with stains on them.

I went to get my Indian suit drycleaned there and my experience is really bad, they ruined my Indian outfit. I will not recommend anyone to this place for drycleaning Indian suits. When I brought this matter into staff's knowledge they said they will let owner know and they can't give me owner's phone number, but owner will call me but so far no call from the owner, highly unprofessional owners!

These people are liars. Negative stars if I could.I picked up my 10 shirts at 1:50pm, went straight home and checked the shirts. Two shirts had fresh stains on the collar. Came back at 2:10pm and the woman at the front desk blamed me saying that I went home and put stains on them.What benefit would i gain by ruining my own shirts with a yellow stain on the collar?She told me there is no way they could have done it and the factory is brand new and could not have done it.I told her my theory that something is leaking in the factory and dripping on the clothes. She said the factory is new. She goes on to say they don’t rewash customers clothes. WOW!Never go to this place. I think the woman’s name is Aman, she is a straight up liar and a cheat. Horrible customer service.
