Know Your Home Inspection Svc

Whoever seeing my review for inspector Rick Souter here, if you take my word seriously, it will save you a whole lot of headaches down the road. Rick did our house inspection in June 2020, it is the definitely the beginning of a nightmare. He will catch minor things like dog hair in the fireplace filter, but miss major issues like roof leakage, washroom leakage, kitchen drain blockage and etc. We have spent thousands of dollars to fix the major issues that he missed. After a long communication with his organization, he paid us $1000 for his mistakes, which is way less than the actual cost. It's a long story!! If you are going to buy a house that doesn't come with major issues and you hire Rick to do the inspection, I can only say that you are lucky! But if you don't want to end up with headaches like ours , go with someone that's more capable and responsible.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Rick a few days ago as we hired him to inspect a house we wished to purchase. He is a kind and respectful individual and conducted his inspection in a concise and detailed fashion. We were very impressed with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. In addition to performing a detailed inspection, he spent the time walking through and explaining some of the priority fixes to us.The inspection report we received was very detailed with pictures and suggestions on repair strategy.
