My husband and I recently moved into Wilmot Place, but we're already loving it. A clean and bright apartment, a cozy, tidy yard where you can have a pleasant rest. Kathy and Doug are very sweet and friendly, always happy to help, and take very good care of the house and grounds. We are very glad that we settled here.

We've lived at 59 Wilmot Place apartments over the past 3 years and our experience has been great! Kathy and Doug were amazing taking care of everything in the building.They are friendly, quick to organize needed repairs, warm and really hard workerkeeping the building immaculately. I'd recommend renting with them!

Slum lords. I used to think pretty well about them until we started working with Whitney. Be warned, they illegally require your SIN when applying, you are not obligated to give this, they do not need it!! They will say they need it to run background check or check income and that's a load of bull.They will also gatekeep you based on your working income" and deny you if your income comes from EIA

My family rented an apartment at 59 Wilmot Place. A very positive experience. Kathy helped us with the choice and was always in touch while we thought and chose. A beautiful and well-groomed yard in front of the building, underground parking, a spacious and clean apartment - this is all at 59 Wilmot Place.

We have lived at the Wilmot Place property for a couple years now and just moved into a new unit within the same building. We love it here, and are so glad to have caretakers like Kathy and Doug that are genuinely great people and are so quick to respond to help us with anything we need. Building is quiet, we cherish the outdoor courtyard and greenspace, and look forward to living here for at least a few more years to come.

I’ve been living 530’tylehurt st for 4 years good building the caretaker always cleans it up i don’t like basement cause weird people hang outside my window I wish they let us move in another apartment overall I’ve never had any problems with staff at office

I didn’t live at 59 Wilmot very long but was very excited to finally have the opportunity, after many years of wanting to. I loved the beautiful garden out front. Kathy and Doug took great care with this space. They looked after the building so efficiently. The building was always clean and fresh. I enjoyed the friendliness. They are exceptional caretakers of this building. Always helpful. Thanks to both of you for making it pleasant.

I have lived at 59 Wilmot Place twice.The first time I lived there with my late husband.We both enjoyed are experience there; when it came time for me to move, it only made sense to return to Wilmot Place.Being widowed, I chose a bachelor apartment. (Huge bachelors!)Kathy made my move in experience a smooth one.I enjoyed the beautiful gardens up front, especially at 5:00 a.m. when I get up.Doug was always friendly, smiling, and helpful.Both Kathy and Doug were attentive to my needs, and they’d go above and beyond when something thing in my unit needed attention. Or if I needed anything at all!Houston Properties is a remarkable property management company. It is run professionally, and yet the staff are treated like family.You simply can’t go wrong renting (any location) from this company.It’s the people, like Doug, and like Kathy, who run Wilmot Place that help to make your time there a pleasant one.,
