Wow. The most beautiful shop I have ever been inside. Easily thousands of intricate pieces and options. My friend purchased a few, wait was not long but I could've easily spent double the time admiring the fixtures. Friendly staff. Private bathrooms in the far back.

I have passed by this place numerous times and it was about time to check this place out as we were looking to replace some fixtures.The entrance was very inviting, with such an array of lighting fixture exquisitely displayed. As I proceed inside the store, I never realized how immense the place was, with a stunning number of stylish and trendy lights.As we were looking for something very specific, it took some time to really go though, and eventually we found our perfect fixtures, nicely priced. We also bought the LED light bulbs which comes with a 5 year guarantee. Service was exceptional. Truly fell in love with this shop.

They have a good selection of products but the service and especially a lady manager is awful. They are marking everything as final sale for any reason they find. They want to prepay everything in advance and even if you order something, they are saying it's final sale since it's ordered and non refundable if it doesn't fit. Some information for the lamps on their site are also incorrect. I bought a lamp where it was saying it needs an ELV dimmer. I bought the dimmer which was very expensive almost 200$ , the electrician passed the wires for the ELV and when he install it saw that it was not ELV it only required a standard dimmer. Hopefully I didn't buy the dimmer in this store so I was able to return it with no issue.

simply wow , this place has everything from 7000$ light fixtures to 20$ ones. fit all budgets and we got out kitchen fan from there too very good specials honest service

Awful customer service. I purchased lighting on order said to come in two to three weeks. I had asked if there is any possible way for it to come earlier and they explained something about shipping after covid from the states bla bla bla. I didnt understand since iv ordered from china and theyve come in within three weeks let alone the states. So I called in every week to check in if they’ve arrived. On the third week they called me to tell me it is on back order and will not have them in for four months. ??!!!! What I dont understand is that i called in every week for an update and they couldve told me then and there but didnt and had me wait three weeks to tell me that it is on backorder. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Not only that The girl working there gave me my refund but accidentally recharged me my deposit so ended up repaying me double the amount. Confusing. Im never coming back.Response to reply****The fact that you guys didnt bother to tell me it was on back order promptly is the problem. A simple phone call to the supplier to have stocks checked before or right after the transaction and another phone call or email to me. I can understand a few days or at most a week for this news to arrive to me but a whole three weeks to tell me that it is on back order when i came into the store three times to check the progress. Most places would do a quick check but you didnt even do that for me and assured me i need to wait the full three weeks before calling or checking. Your worker gave me a funny look because i asked for the progress at one weeks time and at this point you shouldve known already that it was not in stock but nobody bothered to check until three weeks after!!! This fact alone is enough for me to say your customer service definitely sucks. No need to argue.
