Staples Print & Marketing Services

Tried to get a refund for my products that were not printed properly yet again. Can’t do that unless I go in yet I never wanted them printed at the Cochrane location. That’s a 2 hour event for a simple refund. Almost every card printed is below standard (marks, fold lines etc.) When you’re using this for your business, you need quality which staples just didn’t provide. Same with customer service.I didn’t even receive parts of my order, like the custom mouse pad for Christmas. I’ve reached out by email to support who does nothing. I would like this resolved and refunded for products I can’t use, and not have to drive two hours to do such a basic request when I had photos and literally don’t have parts of my order. This isn’t the first time either this staples has messed up orders either.
