The management here is a joke. They give special arrangements for parking to people they like and ticket everyone else. My Neighbor parks in visitors every day and overnight and never gets a ticket. When I asked management about it they said something is wrong with her car. She has a 2021 Subaru cross trek. How can something be so wrong with your new car that you can’t drive an additional 30 feet to your designated spot? I have photos with time stamps to prove it.

I lived at this complex for some time. Our neighbor was a smoker and was smoking on the divided - shared balcony every 15 to 20 min. It was a nightmare! We couldn't open our balcony doors to get some fresh air.We complained to management numerous times but with no solution! I called the city and found no concrete solution. We weren't able to enjoy our property. Management was all talk with no action! The fees we were paying at this property were not justified!Unpleasant experience!I do not recommend it!
