never disappointed with their food! ☺️ there was no waiting line on the day that i went, which was awesome. service was quick to sit down + receive our food, but the waitress didn't seem to be very attentive to her tables or very friendly..

Hello again, another great brunch spot !The design of the store was very nice, different and modern. For the food i wanted to try something that had different stuff on the plate so i tried the breakfast at Zak&Leo’smokehouse which was indeed a good choice if you like different types of meats, the advantage is that you can have this plate all beef or with pork that’s a plus for me! The flavours were decent no complaints. The sweet savory and crunchy is a good choice for someone who’s more on the sweet side because the toast was really sweet and finally the shakshuka is a go to if you don’t want what to take and would be down to try something different.Definitely recommended!

Knew of this restaurant from seeing the huge lineups for brunches. However, it seems they just started offering dinner menu us this week and we were extremely happy with this change.My friends and I were walking west on our way to mMexican restaurant when they L’Avenue’s owner stopped me to say hello and offered us a free glass of bubbly. We weren’t special, it was an opening night promotion, but I put my cynicism aside and coerced my friends to sit and check it out.We sat on the terrasse and enjoyed a wonderful evening. They had a small menu - which I always see as a good sign. The four of us chose a different appetizer and main. Everyone of them were perfectly prepared and generously portioned. I’m hoping that they can maintain these prices (very reasonable considering) and quality after the glow of opening fades and the realities of food cost margins hit. I’ll remain optimistic because I’d really like to make L’Avenue a regular choice for sharing great food with good friends.

One of Montreal’s most highly touted chains for breakfast and brunch, I’d say that L’Avenue meets expectations. Food is great, fairly priced, and the service is excellent. It differentiates itself from other places by having funky decor that doesn’t make you feel like you’re eating at a local chain. If you want a good brunch, start here. Can say that you’ll be pleased you did!

One of my favorite places for yummy breakfast & lunch. Service was excellent, food always large portions & tasty. There's always a line up but it's soo worth it. I highly recommend this place!

What an awesome restaurant!! The portions were huge (especially the French toast), our server was really friendly and the decor gave off this colorful, joyful vibe.I highly recommend the Huevos Rancheros, Caramelized Banana French Toast, the Indecisive, and the antioxidant smoothie. There was so much flavor in everything. We truly enjoyed our visit!

Stop waiting, go eat. The place is overall great ! Staff is professional and food is tasty. Don't forget to go see the bathrooms, mirrors are all over the place. Waiting line is often busy, you have to put your name on the list inside first. Weird way to manage traffic... Ok enough said, go try for yourself. Oh, my egg was perfectly cooked, see the picture.

We ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes and the fettattention omelette. Even though we arrived hungry, it was not possible to finish our plates so may want to consider sharing one. The coffee is included in the price and they check if you need a top up throughout the meal. The toilets were an interesting and fun experience. Overall, great service and good food.
