The food was good at this place but the customer service was not at all good. Employees argue among them self customer waiting, and 1 hour before they close the dining, they want us to leave. Dear owner, look into this.

Speedy service, good quality food and customer service oriented staff.the refiill service allows you to drink as much you like. the seating arrangement is nice and clean. this loacation is busy during lunch12:30 to 14:30 and dinner 18 to 19:30 hours.

I was going to the International Centre and was STARVING! Seeing a Popeye's make my day. The service was excellent, I was told there'd be a short wait but it was actually pretty quick. I didn't get the person's name who served me but it was obvious they've mastered their role.

This place it is a relatively new location. I noticed that is very clean and the stuff is friendly and willing to do their best. The food came relatively fast.

The chicken nuggets here are amazing. I have never thought much of Popeye's but now all I want is chicken nuggets. They came out of the box fresh and steaming hot and so did the biscuits. The coating on them was light and crispy and the chicken is real, juicy chicken (not that weird spongy chicken you usually get in nuggets). This location has a dispenser for Gold Peak iced tea, regular (lemon) and raspberry flavors, Minutemaid Lemonade, and Nestea in addition to their regular fountain drinks machine. Everything was clean and thankfully the dispenser for hand sanitizer wasn't empty. The only negative thing I have to say is that service was slow, but not because it was busy, so I'm unclear about what was going on there.

Went at 1130am to avoid lunch traffic. Ordered the family meal. Waited for the fries. How can you not have fries ready. But at least they were fresh. Out of 10 pieces. 5 were drumsticks 5 pieces were thighs. No breast or wings in the package. Top it all off the mashed potatoes was not properly closed so all the sauce dripped into the bag. Chicken was rubbery. Doesn’t even taste like Popeyes. First and last time using this location. Going to stick with the Popeyes at Westwood Mall on Goreway never had a problem there.
