Iced Oat Chai Latte was delicious!Front Cashier was friendly and helpful.Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the veggie breakfast sandwich unless you are a bland eater. Didn’t enjoy the bun, veggies were minimal and didn’t taste/see the havarti cheese.

Was waiting in line when manager came out and said she’s closed after the person before us. So we got out of line and three more groups got in line. She came out again and said she was closed after the three groups. We told her that we got out of line when she said she was closed after the person in front us. She replied that the person in front of us left and that these people were the last, and to not give her any action! She was rude and did not represent the good service and feeling normally associated with the ferry terminal. We are completely disappointed in her attitude and actions.

She yelled nonsenses in front of our group twice and told us to get out of her store for no reasons lol. She seems emotionally unstable. Food quality is very awful as well, I DO NOT recommend this cafe as a local guide.

Good place to grab a quick bite but don’t go with high expectations. I ordered their vegetarian chili and their butter chicken wrap. A bit overpriced for the quality that you get, but the flavors were quite nice! They did forget our bread when we ordered the chili though. However, service was super friendly. There are tables nearby to sit down and eat.

If I could give this place is zero I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. The lady literally just slammed the window in my face and was being absolutely foul. If you like stale sandwiches and terrible customer service, this is the place for you!PS: It was in fact, the blonde bob lady.

Terrible, slow, and rude customer service. Beware, they'll take your order and omit the fact you may miss the ferry as you wait for it (and yell at you in the process).After we ordered, we saw that the ferry started loading so my boyfriend went back to our car just in case. I saw our completed order sitting off on the side; they just had to give it to me. Feeling stressed, I asked if they could be faster. The lady with a blond bob snapped back and said who said that?" and took one look at me and yelled "do you think I can grow more arms?" infront of all the other staff (who were kids) and customers. Incredibly unprofessional. They did not tell me that you could walk onto the sailing -- another customer waiting had to.They then proceeded to give me my $6 iced coffee in what looked like a frat party cup without a lid and I had to run to the walk-on waiting area with only 5 minutes to spare.I have taken many ferries in the past where the food vendors warn you that you may not get your order in time. They do not do that here."

Awfull customer service. Like I understand you are under a rush because of the ferry. But why be so rude. Lack of empathy...Sad I didn't check the reviews before I went here. Lesson learned read the reviews before going to a.place.The other review aptly summ up everyone's experience. Coffee was average nothing to write home about. But the team and managers personality really ruin it.

Decent little coffee spot by the ferry. I was surprised to see so many disappointed reviews as my experience was overall positive. Compared to the amount of people storming the place I think the staff did a pretty good job keeping up with the orders. Coffee was nice and warm, the sandwiches and pastries looked fresh and good size. The food selection is really good compared to what I would have expected from such a tiny place. Set your expectations to a roadside coffee truck and not to a five star brunch place downtown and you’ll be a happy customer!

Im surprised at the low overall rating. Great little spot. The chicken burrito was fantastic, decent coffee and cakes. Much better quality than the usual fare at ferry terminals. Even tho busy the staff we friendly and worked hard to ensure people got fed and on the ferry.

Terribly rude lady with blonde bob failed to mention that the 2 flavour shots she asked if I wanted BOTH costed extra. leading to a $8 Iced chai latte in a red solo cup... lol. i wouldnt have minded the oversight had she not been incredibly rude and negligent when I brought up that I didnt know the flavours were extra.Ive never had such a poor experience with a server.
