The customer service was great and judgement free. They didn't have the larger size of the jacket I wanted in store but the staff was incredible in helping me try other options and set up for the jacket to be shipped to my house very efficiently.

i used to come here like once a week and got to know some of the girls there that are amazing super nice and helpful. i don’t know if there’s just a bunch of new hires but i came back after not coming in for like a month and the girls on the floor were honestly kinda rude and not helpful at all. really draining experience, i noticed the workers were helping a bunch of other people but i was in there for like a half hour no one even bothered to ask if i needed help.

I came to squareone aritzia today for an item exchange and the cashier there was not really helpful and with really bad attitude.She didn’t even bother to put my clothes in the bag and just gave me the bag.Also, she was giving so weird looks. Super bad attitude!!

Policies among employees are inconsistent. I visit this location every once in awhile, and my most recent visit would be to return a pair of $120 pants. I bought them on sale (keep in mind they were ONLY FIVE DOLLARS OFF) and was told that I could only exchange or return for store credit. I was not content with these options. There was nothing in particular that I would want to exchange for but I also did not want $120 of store credit sitting in my wallet unused for months. But he was not budging and insisted I had no other options since the item was purchased on sale. So, I left with the pants and returned a different day. The employee who helped me this day allowed me to return them back to the original payment method. I think they should make exceptions for sale items like this where the discount was only 10% off. It is a little ridiculous. I understand the employees do not make that rule though. But if whoever is helping you is sympathetic and competent enough you should not have this issue.

This location is my go-to for convenience, but their selection is a bit low, (but still enough) compared to Sherway and their Toronto locations.The customer service here is also a hit or miss at times unfortunately. But there are some good associates: Cass, Camille and Juju. All are so chill, supportive and not pushy!If you ever run into them, you’re in luck!

The girls in the dressing room should learn some customer service skills. I was there today around 12 pm trying on some clothes and my friend was sitting outside so she heard their convo I believe they didn’t know she was my friend until she handed me a top from outside. They were talking about how to get me out because I was taking long inside and that all I’m doing is putting clothes on and off. I understand that it’s busy because of the boxing day but I also don’t want to go home with a wrong size and come back for an exchange. Be respectful to your customers and offer help regardless of their background.

Today was the worse experience I’ve had at Aritzia. My friend and I walked in to do shopping for vacation and the moment we walked in the manager wearing a full Jean jump suit greeted us with attitude I asked her for a size the she told me it was whatever on the rack. Then her and an employee started to follow us around to every room we entered didn’t bother to ask us if we needed help or wanted a fitting room started they kept following us and watching us. That made us very uncomfortable. The only respectful and helpful employees were two girls in fitting room and the cashier.

Horrible experience. I went this morning with my mother and the lady was directing where to go in line. People purchasing go first and those who return wait more than 15 minutes. Moreover, the blond lady used her hands to motion and touch people’s back. She told me to move out of the line if I was with my mother as two people, of the same party, cannot be in line together. I love their clothing but this was awful.

Andrea from this location is an absolute angel! Not only did she genuinely care to help me find something for the occasion I was shopping for, but she gave me real input on the dress I was trying on! After trying the first 3 on she was genuine in saying “too casual for this occasion” and “this not the most flattering on you, we can do better” before telling me she’d go find me other dresses to try. She brought back 3 for me and one of them was absolutely perfect and something that I would’ve never picked out for myself. She even asked what my plan was for shoes and recommended a good shop in the mall!! This is the kind of customer service this location needs!! Not someone who will just gas you up wearing anything, but workers who genuinely want to help. Andrea, if you’re seeing this, keep killing it !!
