Aculosophy - Acupuncture studio Toronto

To be honest I didn't  believe in acupuncture at all...but now I do! For over two/ three months I had a problem with my tennis elbow. I couldn't use my arm properly, was not able to lift or pull anything, and even had a problem opening a bottle of water.  Coming to Aculosophy was the right choice! Going through therapy with Dali who is by the way amazing" step by step I start to notice a change in my ability to use my arm as before I hurt it. Now I'm good as new :)  I highly recommend Aculosophy team! Truly grateful!!!"

Every time you step in, Dali makes you feel very welcome and his positivity and knowledge are on top level.He helped me to be antibiotics free for four months now, after 2 years using them every month since I have very rare breast desease.My stress was something I couldn't handle without help anymore.Dali has put me on acupuncture together with herbs, and I feel more relaxed and happier.Not to forget, my problem with weight is almost fixed. Haven't slept more than a few hours a night in over 20 years. 2 weeks of treatments so far with Dali and I am sleeping 6-7 hours. Dali is a highly professional and knowledgeable acupuncturist. He helped me tremendously with my hip problem and in dealing with a very painful bursitis. I had tried other types of approaches before, like physiotherapy, medication and even exercise, but nothing helped as much as Dali’s acupuncture. I used to walk with a limp, now I can walk and even run! He is attentive, caring and he listens to my concerns. A shout out also to Sue who always welcomed me with a big smile and was very accommodating with scheduling my appointments. I highly recommend this clinic!

Great clinic, friendly staff.I have been struggling with chronic shoulder pain ... went to chiros and physios and while they managed to help, it was short-lived. Pain would come back within a few days.My friend suggested to visit Dali and ... after few visits, the pain is practically gone!5* all the way!

Dali is outstanding! I went to see him due to my tennis elbow and tendonitis that started acting up after giving birth. I was in so much pain I was nearly close to not being able to hold my baby, breastfeed and carry the car seat. Dali did an initial assessment and asked me many questions which I liked as it shows that he genuinely cares about your issue.After starting my treatments, I immediately started seeing and feeling progress. I had my range of motion back and the pain had drastically subsided. You need to be patient and listen to what he tells you. I had to learn not to use my right hand, limit my exercise, and not do anything strenuous. It is all for the greater good.Now, one month later I feel normal again. I can lift weights, carry my baby, carry the car seat and not have to be in tears due to the pain. The vibe and energy at his clinic is amazing and him and Sue always made me feel welcomed and special. A big THANK YOU to both Dali and Sue, especially for looking after the little one at my therapy sessions!I highly recommend Dali to anyone.

I had my first appointment at the clinic and met with Dali. I haven't experienced acupuncture in the past but I attended to get help with my sleep. Dali was engaging, knowledgeable, honest about what to expect and after the assessment, I received my first treatment. The treament was fine and Dali checked in to ask if I was ok and comfortable. I was stressed. I picked up a few sports injuries. Work was busy. A lot was going on. Dali and his approach are helping me do a “hard reset”, both physically and mentally. The treatments are of huge help! They make me feel more relaxed and even clear my mind. I will definitely continue coming to Aculosophy. Dali & Sue are great! Highly recommend!

I was going through a terrible time with anxiety and had heard acupuncture could help. I was skeptical, but was willing to try anything. I found Aculosophy on Google and was drawn in by their amazing reviews. I can see why Aculosophy has these amazing reviews. Dali has an incredible process for acupuncture. Pulse reading was done to help hone in on internal issues, and I was treated right away to see how I would take to the acupuncture. When it could be determined it was working well for me, Dali outlined a plan for me and prescribed herbs. I’m so happy I trusted the process and continued to see Dali. I’ve been going to Aculosophy for almost a month and can confidently say this has made an incredible improvement to my quality of life. I feel so much better - specifically with my appetite, sleep, energy levels, and feeling overall peacefulness and happiness. Dali has also helped me with any pain points experienced after workouts or general wear/tear. Truly grateful for Aculosophy!
