Herr Nix hat nach einer deutschen PCT-Anmeldung in kurzer Zeit eine US-Erteilung bewirkt, obwohl der Prüfer noch Widerstände sah und Mängel hatte. Seine Kenntnis der Rechtssysteme und die sprachlich exakte Ausdifferenzierung beseitigten Reibungspunkte. Die gesamte Kommunikation per E-Mail in deutsch war pragmatisch, unkompliziert und kosteneffizient.

The founder Axel Nix is a well known patent troll currently harassing my company comma.ai and others in the autonomous vehicle space with patents that are frequently invalidated after IPR. If I were looking to file a patent on serious intellectual property, I'd consider using someone else.
