GTA Windows and Doors

Based on the good reviews, got an estimate from GTA Windows and Doors for a new Bay window.Boris explained the options without any high pressure sales pitch. I immediately accepted his price.Installer Yevgen took care in neat and tidy work. Did not rush like some sub contractors who have come here.Very pleased with the result.

Was a pleasure dealing with Igor, he's direct in his suggestions/recommendations which is very helpful when making decisions. He arranged for the manufacturing of our door in the requested time frame, and always kept me updated on the progress. The installation work of Eugene was also done quickly and professionally. We are very happy with our new door!

Very happy with their work. Good door quality and very good installation.The installer is really nice guy (Evgeniy) worked really hard and finished installing two door in 2 days. The backyard door is factory prime only, the front door we painted in the colour we wanted. The price was very good comparing to what I was finding around. Igor gave me recommendation with what door to chose and what lock to chose and I am happy we my choices. I highly recommend them to everybody. By the way deposit amount was very reasonable.Estimated 5-7 weeks to wait turned into 4 weeks. If I would return Igor's call in time it would be done in 2 weeks :) - I missed the window they had and notified me.

We had a small, awkward job: replacing an irregular outside door and 3 odd windows in the basement. GTA provided first class service and were able to source the custom made windows ahead of schedule. The work was done well, spending additional time of framing on the sandstone. Their staff was polite and observed the COVID-19 safety guidelines. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. I am really impressed. Especially the gentleman Eugine who replaced and installed my two windows on October 16, 2018. He is very professional and did my work perfectly. He even did clean and vacuum the floor inside and outside with extra care. Igor Laptev is also nice and knows the needs of customer expectation. Thank you GTA Windows Industries.

I decided to go with GTA Windows and Doors after just getting one other estimate. Egor was very knowledgable and reassuring of this business. Window was ready way before the estimate weeks given and our installer was very detail oriented and patient (can't remember his name). We replaced our front window and I believe we made the right Choice! Thank you again and hopefully we can do more business in the future! Only thing I wasn't so happy about was the fact the trim on the inside wasn't replaced, a little misunderstanding but if wanting to replace the trim make sure you ask if that is included within your price.

We replaced our front door and backyard sliding door in July, 2021. GTA was recommend by my sister. We are very pleased with the professional and clean service done by Eugene. Great quality doors as they reduce the outside noise. I will be back for windows. I definitely recommend GTA windows & doors to anyone. Amazing job well done! Thank you
