We went through the DT. The service was barely passable and the time in the DT was way too long! The coffee was not fantastic, but okay. I ordered a farmers biscuit with sausage and received an English muffin, which was barely toasted and mushy. We also ordered a Belt bagel and were asked if we wanted bacon (of course that is so silly) and then they had sausage instead of bacon. The only one who’s food was correct was the 10yr old who ordered the new bacon and sausage English muffin. He was happy. If we weren’t already going down the Hwy when we noticed the errors we would have turned around. If you are driving though don’t stop at this Tim’s keep going until the next city. Will never stop at this location again!

I have been going to this Tim Horton's consistently up to two or even three times a day for coffee or the peach beverages. My dog usually gets a complimentary plain old fashioned Timbit. However, he has late stage cancer and a tumor in his mouth making him more choosy with his food. I started ordering a honey dip Timbit instead so he would eat it. The supervisor decided to make an example out of the situation insisting I be charged the $0.35 for the honey dip Timbit when the plain old fashioned Timbit is the same price. I tried to explain that my dog has cancer and a huge visible tumor in his mouth and he is not eating the plain old fashioned Timbits anymore but it didn't matter. From a business perspective making a big issue about $0.35 for my dying dog when I am a daily customer does not make sense. All Timbits of any kind for the dog(s) of the customers of Tim Horton's should be free. It is a customer courtesy. Happy dogs = Happy people which means endless repeat business.

It's Tim Hortons, the fast food spot of Coffee shops. It's never getting over a three star rating. This one had eight people behind the counter and only one of them serving the people in store. There was a lot of people and the service was incredibly slow. I placed my order and waited 10 minutes, only for them to have given me the wrong thing.

Do not go here. I ordered a bacon and egg on English muffin combo. Told them I can not eat cheese. So no cheese. Got 15 ft down drive through and noticed processed cheese on the sandwich. I backed up told the girl I can’t eat this. I’ll get sick. She took the sandwich back. And I thought all would be fine. I’ll get a new sandwich. So I got it and drove home. Got home to discover someone had made an attempt to scrape off the processed cheese. They didn’t get it all. Needless to say sandwich went into the trash where it belonged and never again will I go to that Tim hortons. Shame shame on you.

Had to stop get a coffee and a turkey bacon sub and when I stopped for my lunch break there was only Add lettuce in it no bacon no turkey just plane lettuce in it nothing else I start work at 6:30 am and I leve olds at 3:00am I travel 5and a half hours a day so you know what I'm saying is wake up and do you job you are at work not at the beach pretty sade I think

All I got was a wrap and I asked for tomatoes on it got charged $.50 never got the tomato. There is also barely anything to the raffle. One varies in leaf lettuce with half of what usually comes on the wraps for chicken and two pieces of bacon. (the two pieces of bacon was generous. I usually only get one.) overall not worth $7.50.

They definitely prioritize the drive through. 2 people in line, 4 workers and people in store watched as staff served car, after car, ignoring customers in store over drive through traffic. Not cool.

I was very disappointed with the level of service and the coffee tasted skunky. I assume this is because it was old. The till attendant was apparently not happy to be there as she did not smile or show any sort of wanting to be there. I understand the job may not always be glamorous but you have to make the most out of it.

Great as always, better buns then in Calgary. Unfortunately the lady that took our order kept interrupting us to restate our order and she got confused and missed some of the items. If she let us speak then repeated I believe there would have been no issue. Otherwise the food was great!
