very arrogant people in this company and they come and walk with their shoes and say the carpet is too dirty and too many stairs and they can't clean it as thought they were informed of all the information. The guy was rude and nasty and as the owner of the place I wanted to kick him out because of his aggressive and insulting behaviour and it cost me money to move the furniture in the bedroom as we could not do it our self as I just came out of the hospital. It cost me money and inconvenient. Never again!!!

We hired Cleanol for a home well overdue for deep cleaning and sanitizing of wall to wall carpet, as well as some badly soiled, pet stained area rugs.Our entire experience with Cleanol was exceptional.Upon first contact with Cleanol, when enquiring about service, I felt assured that we were dealing with a company that is very experienced, honest and forthright.We were given an estimate over the phone based on information I provided and told that the service person would give us a firm quote upon arrival, at which point we could either proceed or send them away.The technician, Peter, arrived at the scheduled time, adjusted the quote fairly and proceeded to get to work. He could have easily declined the job but was compassionate about the situation and worked diligently to deal with the stains.I had to leave for an appointment and was not the least bit concerned about leaving Peter alone in the house while I was gone.I am truly grateful for the courtesy, compassion and professionalism with which we were treated. The obvious extra efforts taken in dealing with very old stains are much appreciated.I would highly recommend Cleanol.

Thank you Hodo and the staff at Cleanol, We recently moved into our first home and called them based on a recommendation of a work associate who has used your services for years. We had ducts cleaned first by one crew and then your cleaning crew finished the house from top to bottom. Place was spotless before we started moving in our stuff. We were amazed how professional this whole experience was from start to finish.

The technician who actually cleaned our belongings I give him 5 stars. Hugo was professional, knowledgeable, nice and efficient. However front line receptionist, a female manager and Victor horrible. I will never use Cleanol again. However if the technician went into business himself I'd hire him.

Decided to call Cleanol for a major clean up after a drain issue in our basement. Thanks to the wonderful staff for a job well done. Made it look effortless. I would definitely recommend to friends, family and business associates.

From start to finish, Cleanol has done a great job helping us. Their staff was great and they were easy to work with. They were responsive and on time. I highly recommend the Cleanol crew!

Cleanol as a company has poor communication and customer service. Many errors were made from scheduling to arrival of the cleaners to payment. Unfortunately, the carpet wasn't properly cleaned either. I would not recommend them and would not hire them again.
