Most people would understand the difference between a TWO piece suit and a THREE piece suit! I had called enquiring how much was it to dry clean a THREE piece suit, the lady quoted me $18.00, when I went to drop it off she said it was $24.00. And try's to tell me that I misunderstood her, I said I'm not the one with the accent!

Took my sofa cover there for a clean, and they got shrunken down pretty significantly. I’ve washed them in my home washer and line dried, and they have never shrunk on me. Pretty disappointed — I hope the zippers don’t break on me.

Great service and will help you out in a bind if you need something rushed! I like that they keep track of your order on a computer with the phone number so if you lose your ticket it's ok.

The customer service here is great. The lady was proficient at getting a stain out of my daughter's flower girl dress and the press job was excellent.I will definitely be going back here for my dry cleaning services.

I've been using royal oak for two years now, a few times a year. They always take great care of my clothes (everything from a wedding dress and suits to your everyday sweaters). It took me forever to find a good dry cleaner in the area, this is it for me!

Do not go to this place unless you want your clothes ruined. I've been getting my coats cleaned annually here for years and they've declined steadily.Today was the last straw. They ruined my new Aritizia jackets that were less than a year old. I have no idea what they did but my jackets looked old, pilled and had lots of lint and animal hair. I was shocked. A washing machine would have done a much better job and my jackets were completely wrecked.They refused to clean it again and demanded to see photos of my jacket before it was clean. The lady started screaming at me and told me that my jacket was poor quality (it's wool and cashmere - see photos and label)Any decent place would have done the right thing. But not this place. I am a long time customer but no more. Save yourself. Take your chances with the washing machine or find a new dry cleaner.Lastly, I used to get my pants altered here too but the seams keep getting undone so I went to the mall. Apparently, they can no longer dry clean too.
