My brand new glasses, with scratch protection coating, were scratched when I put them on for the first time! If they can be scratched by the transit process, or the tech adjusting them, then what did I pay for? Are the additional coatings I paid for even on them???

Would not recommend. The people on the phone are not friendly and even though the mask mandate is gone they still require masks here. They also do not honor exemptions to the mask rule written by a doctor.

I’ve been here for all my kids glasses and they always treat us with respect, are friendly, don’t hover, answer your questions and usually have things ready in a timely matter. The prices are also great! They have always tried to get us deals so we pay the least amount. Which is appreciated.
