Barry and his crew are amazing! They came out after hours on a friday when our water heater had been leaking without us knowing. They were curtious and professional. Barry handled the majority of the dealings with the insurance company which took a lot of this momma's plate during the holidays. And now my daughters room is more than we could've imagined. This saved me from major future damage and mold exposure.Next, I asked them to move my washer and dryer from upstairs to my basement. Along with replace old plumbing lines that when to my septic. Their team is both skilled at plumbing and electrical work as well!Lastly, when I heard an extremally loud banging sound coming from my well water intake, First Choice came in and replaced failing lines and a failed pressure tank right away. When my son and daughter in law experienced a fire in their home, Northern Insuring Agency referred me to First Choice Restoration. Barry and his team were amazing to work with. We were having issues with the insurance companies adjuster they had hired. There was push back on the estimate, non responsiveness and it was very frustrating. Barry was out of town on another project when this was taking place and upon his return, his right hand man Jim, filled him in. Barry immediately reached out to the insurance company and needless to say , our claim was paid and the house is back to the way it needed to be.
