Mr. Lube + Tires

Slow service. Waited 45 minutes, then put in a lane behind a slow tech chatting up a lady. Then the car in front was getting a slower service. Cars after me are already being serviced. Time to go elsewhere. My time is valuable.

Service is always excellent from Mr. Lube and you can usually use some type of freebie coupon to get a discount or free wipers/pizza. Also like.the fact they include detailed receipts on the work they is completed.The only downside is the first come first serve model which is a pro and a con. You have long waits occasionally (15min to 1 hour). If you are able to get in quick or if the wait is not too long, it is great. On the other hand, you don't need to go to a dealership, to drop off your car and wait for a shuttle and then be driven to work, and then get picked up by the shuttle again and then drive your car. Sometimes, if pays to pay slightly more to have that convinience of on-demand service if you value your time and obviously the wait is minimal. You can usually drive by and see if there are many cars lined up in front of the 3 bays. A mechanic will walk out to your car and speak to you and tell you how long the wait is.I have had multiple oil changes, tires changed over with tires mounted already. I have had a flat tire repair as well. On one occasion, I was not able to repair a flat and had to get a new tire. I was able to purchase a tire and bring it to them to mount as they did not have my tire in stock. Just want to point out that they offer warranties on all the tires they sell similar to Canadian Tire or Costco. They might not have your tire in stock, and they may need to order it. I do believe the tires are more expensive than competitors.

Incredible service. Recently went to Mr. Lube on Regent because I needed my two back tires replaced and an oil change. From beginning to end it was a great customer service experience. Costs of service were discussed prior to servicing my vehicle, they were thorough yet efficient, and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. I usually go to Volkswagen to get my oil change but it was such a refreshing change to not have to wait weeks to get in and see somebody to do it. I loved the “ no appointment necessary”. It makes it easy for anyone who works 9-5 Monday to Friday. For anyone looking for great, knowledgeable, and efficient service on your vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Lube. I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees but they were all incredible. 10/10 will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you guys for everything! I’ll be back! ☺️

JP was amazing!! After I got 2 flat tires in nearby Killarney Park, he repaired one of mine & found me a used one so I could drive home (9 hours away!). He did this on a Sunday, when most other nearby places were closed. Besides saving me lots of money ($2K quite for a tow!) and time (I could have new tires brought to Sudbury in 3 days!), he was kind, thoughtful and helped me problem solve. I’d highly recommend getting work done here and hope you get to meet the lovely JP!

Waited an hour 45 minutes had to go in and tell them that they allowed two cars too cut ahead of me. Was just told *they were busy.*. Which doesnt justify allowing cars to butt ahead of me. I went here many times before no issues but the way this was handled was terrible.

Abbas and his coworkers were extremely kind, patient, and helpful and took the time to explain every issue and answer my questions. They even helped me secure my wheel well guard as it was falling off. Was offered a complementary coffee or hot chocolate upon arrival. Abbas spoke to my uncle on my phone sharing the details of the issues he found, which was very gracious of him. Wonderful service, highly recommend Mr. Lube on Regent St. Thank you!

Best customer service ever! All staff are courteous and professional. Abbas did a very thorough vehicle inspection. I would definitely recommend this location! Very refreshing to see such exceptional customer service !

The service here was amazing, I got my oil change done and they did it fast and gave me an approximate time and i got in even earlier, I’m the teacher of the youngest owners son and he told me to come here and that they would take care of me. I’m going to be returning here for life after there service.

They were excellent once again. My starter actually gve out right in the bay and they couldn't quite get to it due to the engineering of the vehicle. Had to tow it to the nearest centre but they made sure I was well taken care of while I got the tow. Supplied me with water and shade if I wanted. The tow was going to take 2-3 hours, they let me leave the keys there so I didn't have to wait in the heat the whole time. Excellent service there!

I have been to this location a few times and all of my experiences have been good, but this time was exceptional. I went in for an oil change and dealt with Dann. He gave amazing service and made my time there very enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back more and asking for him to do the service on my vehicle each time!
