This company must have a target quota calls per day for employees as they call and hang up. Its a scam. Don't even bother to answer. They have been calling my pharmacy 20 times per day disrupting patients care and emergency phone calls and when we answer the phone they don't reply! When I even called back to inquire why they call us the manager was rude and aggressive as if they are the one being disrupted here. Really the worst teleservice I have ever witnessed.

They are the worst, they called me 5 times in the span of 1 hour they call from different places. I got a call from Vancouver, from Calgary it’s ridiculous you call back they hang up when you do talk to someone they tell you I will look at your account then they send you to a voicemail. They are harassing me and I’m not happy.

I receive daily calls from them to collect money for an old debt that I have paid in full. I returned to the creditor and made sure that my account was closed more than two years ago.ScamScamScam

This company is a scam. They sent a collection letter on behalf of Enbridge Gas with a fake account number on it. When I contacted the gas company to look into it, they informed me that my account was in good standing and they do not use third parties to collect outstanding debts. Watch out you don't pay for a fake Enbridge gas bill.

I get nearly 10 calls a day asking for the wrong person . There is no way to speak to anyone as this is a robot. I would report the number but a different number calls me everytime . Please stop

They sent me an email saying owed $104 on an avaia insurance account... I recently closed that account so called Aviva (RBC INSURANCE) to confirm and they confirmed that my balance was in good standing and nothing has as owed. The Aviva rep also confirmed that they do not use MJR for collections.Sounds like a complete scam to me and I reported to the BBB.

A paid in full trough money order and went in person to drop the checque agents were still asking me more money to be paid in Cash. Idid not give them. So when I check my credit report they report that I only paid $26, But i paid in full my debt of $1734 dollars . I called the manager and have recorder our convo. He said he will send me the release letter. 1 week now I havent receive yet. Im ready to file my dispute.
