Service Canada Centre

Peoples are in queue waiting for hours in the road to get the service. The service is nice, once you get in. The person in entrance is nice. He explains everything in details and nicely. There are lots & lots of computer & desk but only 3 or 4 working people. They need to hire more staff and provide a quality service.

The security/service guy just refused to explain in English why we could not go inside. He said something on French and continued to smoke (( It was a Tuesday 2 p.m. and there were people inside...

yes i agree ---but they are protected by superiorsI experienced the elegant white lady in her 50s. She don't listen, but jump to her conclusion in the middle of the talk and do not respect people's privacy. she act as if I go to beg her own money. it is the insurance wich we all pay for years.government office should NOT hire such people to serve our hard work Canadian.first time in EI office after 15 years of working and pay EI. if it is that hard to bag for it, we should NOT call it INSURANCE. Private company do ways better job.By the ways, the office is very nice, but please change the ways they treat their clients.

Poor customer service. Worst of Montreal Island. They leave you in the cold for 1 hour. The service guard, the black one is very impolite and even agressive. Will never go back there.

Had to wait 3 hours in the cold at this location to speak to an agent. He didn't do his job. I have to go back 37 days later to fix his mistake.Unprofessional and frustrating.

Lies absolute lies.. Extreme disrespect, agent on her cellphone entered my email all wrong i discover months later they told me i’d received my passport by nov 15 back in july and now it’s far past that still nothing the excuse is the employed new people trying to fix their problems…

Excellent Service. Staff is kind and welcoming. Although make sure to have an appointment so you don't have to wait in a long line that may extend outside.

The worst service the ridiculous service i have ever been in was in the line att 11 am at 3.30 they asked us to leave with nothing have been doneMy son was with me he was cold and crying and nn body care its shame .I'm speechless cant find words to describe how upset I am
