I had both Charlene and Carly for colour and cuts and was happy with results over the last years.I booked an appointment for highlights and cut with Sylvain for Friday night at 5:10pm. Waited 2weeks to get in turning down other places to keep this appointment. I work in Vancouver and it takes an hour minimum to get to Walnut Grove and never book a mid week daytime appointment due to that. When I raced to get there that day, came in and reception told me we don’t have you booked until next week at noon on Wednesday. They booked the wrong day and time. I said that’s not correct. There was no attempt to rebook or make up the huge inconvenience.

This is THE BEST, unequivocally, place I've ever got my hair cut...ever! Always exactly what I'm looking for. The shampoo and scalp massage are to die for, and Sylvain has such a great crew... Lots of products to choose from, very comfortable atmosphere...I cannot say enough good things about Milica... highly recommend it!

My child messed up her hair by cutting them on her own and Helen from Milica was able to save it. She did her best to help us and worked with the “mess”. She did a fantastic job! Thank you Helen.

Unfortunately my first experience here did not go well. I was very unsatisfied with the service and the price I paid. I was told on the day I made the appointment that Hailey is expert on blondes. I looked up the reviews but nobody recommeds her though I was highly optimistic that I would be getting good service going by the reviews of this place overall. I’d say everybody were friendly and you’ll feel confident you’re getting a nice color since everyone will tell you that it looks good on you. Vibes is so positive in here!So, I actually ask for ómbre caramel brown on top part and not too dark on highlights. I’ll post an image so you could see if it looks a well made ómbre style as it is not for me, cuz first of, top part looks black to me not even a little caramel brown and the blending of it looks so divided and uneven. I also notice the patches which makes me cringe everytime I see it. I love that she’s always checking it with her senior hairstylist while she’s doing my hair but it didn’t end up good unfortunately. This needs rectification

Got my haircut by iris! I've seen her many times and I always get compliments!! Today I've gotten so many she has helped build my confidence thank you iris!!

I drive by the salon 2 to 4 time a day during the week and was curious to try them out. I booked an appointment to get my 4C type hair cut and shampooed. Now because I'm a person of color I did a consultation with Pam, to see if she or her staff would feel confident to perform a hair cut or wash to my hair.Pam was polite, she sat with me and told me about the staff training process and the in house training thst they do on a regular basis. I was offeded when she kept on about my hair requiring a person that needed strong muscles to comb through my hair or to do a blow out.Charlene was the lady that washed, cut and blow dried my hair. I asked her was my hair hard to manage. She said no.

Kat is amazing!!! I have been going to her for a little over a year now and she does a fabulous job every single time! She is the only person I will go to for cuts or color.I recently had my hair dyed and I'm in love with the finished look! I am still getting compliments over how beautiful the color is! She even did better than the inspiration pictures I had! I'm shocked at how perfect the placement is and the color. I cannot say enough about how great and talented she is. She will make you laugh and have a great time while you are in her chair and she will make sure you lobe the final results. I recommend her to everyone I meet. She prides herself in her work and it definitely shows! I cannot say enough about how great she is.

If you are looking for a salon that is beautiful and has stylists that are kind, you need to check this place out. I see Iris and she makes my unicorn hair dreams a reality. Also, she gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my life!!!

So after 3 months of trying to just deal with a bad hair situation which left my colour brassy & my cut unappealing. I couldn't take it anymore & I called around to find someone on Valentine's Day to help me out. It was my first time at Milica & I am so glad I called when I did, they paired me that day with Iris! She did everything I asked for & beyond! Very friendly, professional & patient with asking all the right questions. I really felt comfortable with her wanting a clear vision before starting. I am extremely happy with the dimensions & cut! Highly recommend Iris! Great salon too! Front desk girl was super helpful & it was clean & everyone there wore a mask for protocols.

I love Ana’s service . During shampooing she did massage which was so relaxing .Will definitely go back there again .The one on the reception was also very polite, soft spoken .Thanks
